During this live and interactive online cooking class, you will learn everything you need to know to make Japanese Steamed Egg Custard, Sesame dressing Salad & INARI Potato at home. Cooking class is fully interactive. Chef accompanies you throughout the entire process. Ask as many questions as you want! Menu 1. Japanese Steamed Egg Custard: Master the art of creating a silky-smooth steamed egg custard, flavoured with a rich fish broth. 2. Salad with Secret Sesame Dressing: A healthy and flavourful twist on a featuring organic tofu and a secret sesame dressing. 3. INARI Potato Croquette: Transform leftover fish flakes into crispy and savoury potato croquettes, a sustainable and delicious treat. INARI: Deep-fried tofu Recipes Recipe links are sent 2 days before the session. Technology Connect with the chef using Zoom on your computer, tablet or mobile device. Class Participation Chime in with questions through audio or chat. Class Size Public class sizes are between 2 to 15 connections to provide an opportunity for all guests to participate and ask questions.
